Regards is a viewer and album manager. There are three different module.
The first module is a picture explorer with multimedia preview.
The second module is a picture navigation window.
The third module is a picture retouch tool.
Regards support in this picture format : JPEG (read / write), GIF (read), PNG (read), PCX (read), TGA (read), TIF (read), BMP (read / write) and Kodak Photo-CD (read).
The installation is very easy. You have just to decompress the zip file in a directory and click on regards.exe to start the program.
The regards screen saver have to be moved on the system or system32 directory of your current windows installation directory.
